NetCare is a clinical information system for disease, scientific and an all care management process of healthcare facilities such as, hospitals as whole or particular departments. Particularly referring to specialized clinical data management.

The system is made of various modules which allow for the complete clinical computerization of the care facility (module, simple or complex operative unit, department), of the whole hospital and of a network among departments/hospitals or territory-oriented (territorial healthcare facilities and GPs).

The core of the system is NetCare Clinical, a patient medical record which offers each health specialty a patient-oriented computerized medical record, a nursing clinical record and all the necessary tools for communication, organization, control, planning and statistics. NetCare Clinical includes the management of the outpatient’s department, the day hospital and of hospitalization (with a clinical diary and discharge procedures). As well as all imaging and blood examinations and particular procedures, which are peculiar of the various medical specialties. More than 300 installations

With more than 300 current installations since September 2005 and field testing from 1996 and current, NetCare offers a wealth of experience and solutions capable of supporting any project or programme of clinical computerization. Great care and attention was paid to making data input easier and faster enabling the display of recorded information to be more immediate. In the same way, we have worked to ensure the highest flexibility of the system in order to allow the physician the greatest possibility of customization both of coding and of recorded data. Everything is obtained whilst keeping information consistent for both data export (for example discharge codes) and for statistics processing.

NetCare Integration

Exploiting specific components of the system, NetCare can be integrated within existing systems (hospitalization/personal data or centralized ADT, laboratory, imaging, etc.). Automatically sending questions and importing answers (reporting, data, etc.) into the medical record. NetCare allows patient’s clinical data to be collected within one software application (avoiding data input duplications). It is also possible to import data previously collected through other programs or in other databases to protect existing archives.

NetCare Integration

NetCare perfectly supports the local network (hospital or department network), allowing to work at the same time on various workstations or to have access from any workstation in the network. It is also usable in wireless network (Wi-Fi) and supports tablet devices (without any keyboard with the recognition of writing and voice) for bed-side management.
The system’s computer and clinical safety is ensured by numerous controls (for example, the confirmation of a treatment change) and by the name tracking of any action directly from within the database. Each physician and nurse has their own access keys and can display and edit their patients’ data according to the law in force.
NetCare is preset to support digital sign and integrates a tracking system of the activities performed by users.
