What is needed to attend a DL course

To attend an educational or update course is deemed important to improve the knowledge and performance of professionals in a certain field. In particular, Internet today offers us the possibility to attend distance courses, that is to say using the PC we have at home.
Recently, the Ministry of Health started an experimentation for physicians’ update through on-line courses.
The active and direct participation to interact and involve content sharing with users in various geographical areas and in various times of the day only requires the possession of technological means which are already present in our homes.

Introduction to e-Learning

In a traditional sense, the concept of education is the transfer of contents, abilities and information from a “source” to a “user”. In this context, the DL tries to exert the same paradigm but using, as a preferred communication channel, the “new medium” par excellence, a computer connected to Internet.

Course Development
